1. Remaster graficzny obejmujący wymianę ponad 3000 starych grafik, dzięki czemu gra wygląda dużo lepiej i o wiele nowocześniej. Jest to zmiana, o którą prosiliście od dawna. Zmian jest tak wiele, że na mapie mogą pojawić się drobne błędy graficzne, których nie wyłapaliśmy podczas testów. Warto zwiedzać świat i zgłaszać błędy, aby otrzymać darmowe PP.
2. Nowy premium Tank z Bleach - Sajin Komamura - jest to idealnie wyśrodkowany tank. Posiada mniejszy przyrost niż Obito, który jest full tankiem, a także większy przyrost niż Goku, który potrafi zadawać większe obrażenia.
- Ten tank jest ostatnią postacią, która dołącza typem obrażeń do Monaki/All Mighta. Postać skaluje swoje obrażenia z poison oraz earth dmg, dzięki czemu gracze, którzy zdobędą boosty do poison i earth dmg, są w stanie zwiększyć obrażenia tej postaci nawet kilkukrotnie. Postać posiada wiele czarów atakujących z tego typu obrażeń, takich jak:
- Tenken Shikai - jedna z najmocniejszych levelowanych obszarówek w grze. Jest bardzo mocna, jednak bije tylko na jedną kratkę dookoła nas, przez co idealnie sprawdza się na mocne moby.
- Dangai Tengen Joe - jeden z najsilniejszych buffów do tankowania w grze. Na ostatnim poziomie dodaje aż +30% absorb all, do tego +750kk max hp. Buff trwa aż do momentu, gdy skończy nam się soul, więc można go używać cały czas przy większej regeneracji soula.
- Tengen Regeneration - mocny, levelowany czar leczący.
- Tamashii Henka - mocny, levelowany target, który stunuje oraz debuffuje nasz cel, a także zmniejsza jego absorby. W połączeniu z DPS może mocno wspomóc w PvP.
- Tenbatsu Okami - mocna, levelowana fala do PvP lub na bossy.
- Kokujo Tengen Dai - mocny, levelowany target.
- Jinka no Jutsu - levelowany czar, który daje nieśmiertelność na kilka sekund. W tym czasie gracz jest odporny na stun i paraliże, dzięki czemu ma szansę uciec przed graczami, którzy chcą go zabić, albo przed bossem, przy którym nie chciał się znaleźć.

- Większość z tych czarów ma także ukryte zdolności, a w grze do odkrycia jest również kilka innych levelowanych czarów.
3. Dodany został nowy AKT „Hidden Pirate Base”. Jest to akt uzupełniający, znajdujący się w podziemiach Small City, przed statkiem Jacka Sparrowa. Wyjaśnia on, co robią tam piraci i jak się tam znaleźli. Wymagany poziom do rozpoczęcia: 50k lvl.
4. Dodany został nowy AKT „Vikings”. Jest to uzupełniona i rozbudowana historia Lorda Gunnara, którego możecie znaleźć na Dark Island. Dostęp odblokowujemy prostym Black Dragon Questem. Wymagany poziom do rozpoczęcia: 50k lvl.
5. Dodane zostały dwa duże nowe AKTy „Wild Island”. Fabuła aktów toczy się na zaatakowanym statku oraz na nowej dzikiej wyspie. Aby rozpocząć nowe akty, trzeba spełnić ukryte warunki. Na nowej wyspie znajdują się ciekawe expowiska, a także wiele możliwości do eksploracji. Wymagany poziom: 50–300k.
6. Dodany został nowy AKT „Djin Masters” w specjalnym Pałacu Djina.
7. Zremasterowany został statek Czarna Perła, a także jego otoczenie. Dodany został również mały fort z piratami przed statkiem w Small City.
8. Czary u Whisa „Magic Materialization” i „Rear Symphonic” zostały zmienione na levelowane, tak aby jeszcze bardziej wspierały drużynę.

10. Poprzednie poprawki i zmiany:
- Ważne poprawki: ponieważ Usopp jest jedną z najważniejszych klas w DST, do klasowych skinów postaci DST dodano death DMG. Dodatkowo Santa Vegeta również otrzymał death DMG. Dodatkowo (oprócz ataku fizycznego) posiadają też holy dmg, dzięki czemu bardzo pomagają tankom w zabijaniu bossów To odpowiednik Mandalorian Darksaber.
- Z rangowych achievementów usunięto life steal i mana steal, dzięki czemu ogólny boost dmg z rang będzie większy.
- Topowe bossy w EXP Palace zostały osłabione. Dużo osób zwracało uwagę, że bossy od 1,5kk do 3kk są zbyt mocne, takie jak: [B] Tarzan, [B] Powerful Goku SSJ3, [B] Fimbul from Mordor, [B] Fangorn Ent.
