in my opinion, increasing exp rate from players is a bad idea, the rate that it's at now is good enough.
what you're proposing is quite stupid, as you can do reborn/black reborn, then get to a level around 50k, get a few kills (desek) and be somewhere at the top... Makes no sense to increase exp from players.
